VUT FM is conducting a research study investigating VUT FM’s southern Gauteng province-based listener perceptions of the quality of content and programmes shared by the radio station. I humbly request you to voluntarily take part in the survey. Your anonymity and confidentiality are guaranteed as your personal details are not asked. All questionnaires are coded, and your name will not be disclosed to anybody. Your participation in the study will contribute to the field of services marketing and consumer behaviour. The study questionnaire will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes to complete.
