Refilwe Mogomotsi

Refilwe Mogomotsi is a humble young woman, born in the dusty streets of Ramatlabama. Refilwe always had a dream of being on radio so she pursued this dream at a community radio station called Mahikeng Fm, to think that she would stop there, she proceeded to further her burning dream at Motsweding Fm.
If you don`t find her in the studio, you will definitely find her out and about motivating young girls in her neighborhood or hosting non profits events aimed at motivating and uplifting her community.
Fifi is also an entrepreneur, her clothing line `For Control Fela` is making waves and soon it will be a force to be reckoned with!

Sonia Mbele, Maya Angelou & Oprah. I always find strength in what these women have been through, the discrimination and the abuse, despite all that they still managed to make it against all odds. I am who I am because of them!

What advice would you give to people who would like to work in this particular field?

You must have passion for radio, that`s where it all starts and the rest will follow. Whether is at a community radio station or campus radio, it’s all the same, you must have passion. RADIO IS RADIO
